How long does it take to receive my artwork?

Thank you for your purchase. Each piece is professionally packaged. Please allow up to 2 weeks for domestic orders and 3-4 weeks for international orders to arrive. If you need the artwork faster, please contact me, and I will do my best to accommodate your request and meet your expectations.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do. I ship worldwide including USA, Canada, Australia, etc. Please allow 3-4 weeks for international orders to arrive.

How are shipping costs determined?

Shipping costs are determined based on the dimensions, and weight of the painting(s) purchased, as well as the shipping destination. Shipping costs include packaging and handling. Please note that artwork may be subject to additional duties, taxes and/or fees according to your country regulations. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.

Do you accept commissioned projects?

How do I know if the chosen artwork will fit my interior?

Simply email info@teodoraninova.com a picture of your blank wall. Try to capture it with bright and even lighting. I will then place the painting on your wall digitally and send it back to you for a preview.

Do you offer instalment payment plans?

Yes. A three-month payment plan is available for works that are priced £500+. Artworks purchased on a plan will be shipped upon payment of all instalments. Should you want to buy a painting on the instalment plan, please email me at info@teodoraninova.com and I will set up your plan.

What type of materials do you use and how do you finish your paintings?

All of my work is created using acrylic, water-based media or other mixed media. Canvas originals are varnished to protect your painting from dust and light.

Do you offer framing options?

Yes, I do. Framing is a subject to additional cost. Should you want your artwork framed, email me at info@teodoraninova.com and I will provide you with a quote. Note that framing can increase shipping costs, so you may want to consider to do this locally with a framing studio near you.

Do you help customers with the selection of frames for your artwork?

Yes, I do. I can provide suggestions for frames that can best fit with your interior. If you would like to reach out for advice, please email me at info@teodoraninova.com.

Do you work with interior designers?

Yes, I do. I’m delighted to create custom paintings in any size to serve your client vision. To enquire, please email me at info@teodoraninova.com, and I will set up a meeting to discuss your requirements.

Are you interested in being contacted by galleries or agents?

Thank you for your interest in my work! I am happy to discuss collaborations, enquires about representation, licensing or wholesale opportunities. Please email me at info@teodoraninova.com.

Does your work come with a certificate of authenticity?

Yes, it does. When you purchase work through my website I provide you with a certificate dated and signed by me.

Where are you based and how can I see your work in person?

I am based in London, UK. My studio visits are strictly by appointment only. If you’d like to schedule a visit, email at info@teodoraninova.com.

Do you have a return policy?

All sales are final. Exceptions are made in case of any damage incurred during shipping. If this happens, please get in touch within 14 calendar days of receiving your artwork.
